Warranty Policy:

1. We guarantee that each unit is tested carefully and works very well before shipment. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every sale we complete.

2. All parts from us warranty time is 12 months . During the warranty period, we can repair or replace the defective unit for free, after the warranty time, we repair the defective unit with cost price.

3. When you receive the package, please open and check it before signing, if it's damaged, ask a "Damage proof" from the delivery company.  

4. Before you send us any components, ask us for confirmation of which part is causing problem and needs to be replaced. After our confirmation, you can send the corresponding part to us, we will send out the new part 24 hours after we receive yours.

5. You are automatically registered for warranty after you receive the products.

6. Man-made damages, torn or damaged warranty label, failure or damage caused by force majeure, damages caused by repairing by non SPIRIYO designated repair personnel, damages caused by not following our "manual"  when using, maintaining, storing(such as: hot plugging, the controller box not having the same code as the screen's code. ) are not covered by warranty.

7. SPIRIYO reserves the right of final interpretation of the post-sale service regulations.
